1. About these terms
This website is operated by RecuraFlow Ltd ("RecuraFlow", "we", "us", "our"), a company incorporated in England and Wales (our company number and registered office are shown in the footer of this page). These terms apply to the RecuraFlow marketing website and waitlist sign-up only. They do not govern use of the RecuraFlow platform itself, which will be provided under a separate service agreement when it becomes available.
2. The website and the waitlist
This website provides information about RecuraFlow, an open-banking platform for UK landlords and letting agencies — covering rent collection and the wider tenancy (referencing, compliance, deposits, insurance and tenant credit-building) — currently in private beta, and allows you to register interest by joining the waitlist.
Joining the waitlist places you on a waiting list. It does not create a contract, guarantee that you will be offered access, or guarantee any particular pricing, free trial, launch date or feature. Where a free trial is offered, it is limited to two months and to a maximum of five tenancies; any free-trial or private-beta offer is subject to confirmation by us in writing and to the terms of the platform service agreement at the time access is granted.
We may change or withdraw the private-beta offer, including the free trial and its limits, at any time before access is granted.
3. Use of the website
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to:
- submit false, misleading or another person's details when registering;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or connected systems;
- introduce malicious code, or interfere with the website's operation or security;
- use the website in any way that breaches applicable law or these terms.
We may suspend or restrict access to the website, or to any registration, if we reasonably believe these terms have been breached.
4. Information accuracy
The website is provided for general information about a product in development. Content — including descriptions, dashboard previews and illustrative figures — may change as the product develops and is not a binding representation. Dashboard images and statistics shown on the site are illustrative. While we take care to keep information accurate, we do not warrant that it is complete, current or error-free.
5. Intellectual property
The RecuraFlow name, logo, branding, text, design and other content on this website are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you must not copy, reproduce, republish or commercially exploit any part of the website without our written permission.
6. Third-party links and services
This website may link to, or rely on, third-party services — for example, our customer relationship management provider used to handle waitlist enquiries. The RecuraFlow platform itself integrates regulated third-party providers — including open-banking and payment providers, referencing and credit reference agencies, identity and anti-money-laundering providers, and insurance introduced through an FCA-authorised principal on a non-advised basis — each governed by its own terms and by the separate platform service agreement. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites; their use is governed by their own terms and policies.
7. Limitation of liability
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated in these terms, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website, or from reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

Our use of personal data submitted through this website is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
